The innovaphone IP102 IP phone is a suitable model in the lower price segment and is primarily aimed at entry-level users and purists who use the CTI and Unified Communications functions of innovaphone myApps but who do not want to be without a traditional desk telephone. It is equipped with a three-line monochrome / LCD screen as well as a telephone key pad and 10 special keys allowing easy navigation for the user.

Compared to the model IP101, the IP102 also has a USB interface for headsets and a Gigabit Ethernet connection. Both phones use the same housing with a monochrome / LCD display and the uniform innovaphone user interface.

The power supply that is integrated in the Gigabit Ethernet power supply (PoE) means that only one cable is required for operation, which is simply integrated in the base. An integrated Ethernet switch allows a computer or other network device to be connected to the local network.

Due to its size, the IP 102 is suitable for use in working environments with limited space and can be used as a desk phone or for wall mounting. The base ensures the phone is stable and at an optimal angle for use on the desk. The same base can be attached to the wall with two screws. The phone is attached to the base back-to-front and the cable is fed elegantly from below. A tab ensures the handset does not slip off.

The IP102 can be operated as a traditional telephone as well as via the innovaphone myApps Phone app. The IP phone is perfectly integrated into the innovaphone Unified Communications solution: functions such as click to dial, directory, favorites list, presence status and chat are activated with just one click. Video calls and video conferences including desktop sharing can also be easily integrated via myApps licenses and applications.
